Airport Fun!

Two minutes later, my flight was canceled.

As of right now I have been rerouted to two different airports and, hopefully, am currently on the last leg of my journey.

As the plane took off amid the wonderful Michigan weather (which, five minutes previous, looked like the gateway to hell) all I could think was how much I utterly loathe the weather system there.

As previously stated, when I was younger I was deadly afraid of Smokey the Bear. Recently, I have over come a bit of my trepidation.

When the user provides the machine with an eight second music clip,the machine 'creates' its own song based on an interpretation of your provided clip.

I simply cannot get over the wonderful duality of it all - a company funds a project to expand the horizons of human thinking, while their product is designed solely to reduce you to your most lowest form of intelligence. (oh, and maybe get some chicks)

Ok, so my promise of updating Tuesday, Thursday and on the weekend fell through pretty quickly. Until I get caught up on my backlog of things I missed, here is an amazing piece of viral marketing for Uniqlo (a Japanese clothing company).



You know you can't stop watching this clock. It is, simply put, amazing.
The amount of content within it is mind boggling. Not to mention the music and content of the ad changes based on the time on day (the daytime has more energetic dancers, while viewing the clock at night shows relaxing people reading and knitting).

Kinda verbose today...

On another note - going to try and shoot for updates on Tuesday, Thursday and sometime on the weekend. Not sure how long I can guarantee that I will maintain an interest level which will see that come to fruition.
